During my time at Origami Owl, I successfully planned and executed multiple high-impact incentive travel programs for the sales team. These programs included comprehensive management of all logistics, such as flights, ground transportation, destination management companies (DMCs), resort coordination, entertainment, excursions, and personalized experiential elements that elevated each trip.
From curating a private luau in Maui to organizing shark diving adventures in Bora Bora, I managed every detail for both intimate top-performer retreats (approximately 30 attendees) and large-scale incentive events hosting up to 400 participants.
