As a founding team member at Origami Owl, I played a critical role in scaling the company’s annual convention from a start-up gathering to a 5,000-attendee, multi-city experience hosted in Phoenix, Chicago, and Orlando. I served as Executive Producer and Stage Manager for the 10-hour general session, overseeing high-level AV production, projection mapping, keynote speakers, live performances, fashion shows, rapid product giveaways, and emotionally engaging programming.
As Event Director, I led end-to-end planning, creative direction, vendor negotiation, and guest experience. Highlights included negotiating a private four-hour park closure at Universal Studios Orlando and curating an exclusive after-hours event for 300 guests at Chicago's Natural History Museum.
